This Memorial Scholarship has been established to provide tuition, costume and recital assistance to dancers enrolled at MgM Dance Studio.

This application should be completed by the parent/guardian who is paying the bill.

To be eligible for this scholarship there cannot be an outstanding balance on your account.  The Scholarship Committee will award the scholarship based on behavior, attendance, and financial need.  Parents/Students must reapply for this scholarship annually, this is not a continuing scholarship.
