Inclement Weather Policy

Afternoon/Evening Classes

All classes that begin after 2PM will be evaluated on current driving road conditions regardless of whether or not Southern York County School district closes or delays.  A message will be placed on the website, Facebook page, and the telephone voicemail regarding the status of these classes.  This message will be placed no later than 2PM. 

Saturday Morning Classes

All morning classes will be evaluated on current driving road conditions.  A message will be placed on the website, Facebook page, and the telephone voicemail regarding the status of these classes.  This message will be placed no later than 8AM.

Classes in Session

​

If inclement weather starts while we are in session, we will continue to have classes unless we notify you otherwise.  We will always stay with all children until they have all been picked up.  Call 717-227-9488 for a message if you are uncertain.
