Mary G. Mock
Owner and Director
Ms. Mary is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in Elementary Education. She has been dancing since she was four and teaching for over 30 years. She studied dance at the David Blight School of Dance (all phases of dance), Luzerne County Community College (mid-eastern dance), Penn State (Modern and Jazz), Centre County Ballet (Ballet and Pointe) Wilkes-Barre Ballet Center (Ballet), and Dance Workshops of Hazelton (Ballet and Pointe). While studying at the David Blight School of Dance, she was a member of two award winning competition groups. She has been a choreographer and assistant director of plays and choral concerts such as Hello Dolly, South Pacific, and Guys and Dolls as SHS and Godspell, Oklahoma, Carousel, and Barefoot in the Park for her high school and college. Mary has taught all phases of dance for the David Blight School of Dance, Dance Workshop of Hazelton, YMCA Enrichment Program, Faberge’ Follies, Falls Road Dance Studio, and Prettyboy, Sparks and Fifth District Recreation Programs. She served as a talent judge for such competitions as Talent Olympics, Performers on Parade, and Performing Arts Alliance. Mary is the director of award winning competition classes which have received some of the highest titles such as Best and Original Choreography, Best Technique, Best Costumes, High Energy Award, Best Overall, and Most Entertaining. These competition groups travel to perform at places such as Disney World, Carnival Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. She further provides her students with master teachers from areas such as New York, Baltimore, D.C., PA and California. Mary also enjoys being a volunteer for Animal Rescue Inc. When not at the studio, she enjoys spending time with her children, Corey, Brady, Nadia, and her husband, John.

Julianne Wolfe
Office Manager
Julianne began dancing at the age of 2 at the Sparks Rec Council Dance Program in Baltimore County. This is where her mom, sisters and she met Mary Mock. Later she moved to the Falls Road Dance Studio, in Hampstead, Maryland. In 1995 when Mary decided to open her own studio in New Freedom, her family and she moved with her. She danced under the direction of Mary for 17 years and taught for 11 years. In the last several years she began her new journey as the Studio Manager. After graduating from Hereford High School in 2002, she received her AA in secondary education from CCBC in 2005. Julianne met her wonderful husband, Dave in 2004 and married him in 2006. Grace, her outgoing daughter, was born in June of 2006 and has followed in her footsteps and has been dancing for 11 years. Eli was born in March of 2010 and is a very active in sports. Keep Dancing, Especially in your hearts!!!

Amanda Faloni (Senior Teacher)
Strength Training Coach
Amanda Faloni has been teaching at MgM dance studio for 11 years now as the Strength Training Coach. Her certification is from International Sports Sciences Association, and certified as a Physical Fitness Trainer, and certified in Sports Nutrition, also specializing in rehabilitation. Amanda was home schooled and graduated at a young age, then started to work full time. A few of her careers have been beauty pageants, modeling, and her favorite, being a full time nanny. Amanda has been personal training for 10 years in home, and at our local gym, PA Fitness, and Gold's Gym located in New Freedom. Thank you to all my friends and kids and MgM, great job!

Amy Katchko (Senior Teacher)
Ballet Teacher
Amy has taught Ballet and Pointe for twenty years with MgM. Amy earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance Performance, Choreography, and Education from Towson University. She has a teaching certificate in both Dance and Early Childhood Education. Amy received her intensive ballet training at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet where she also gained valuable performing and teaching experience. This year, Amy planned and choreographed the ballet "Snow White" to enable the dancers to experience being part of a story ballet. Amy and her husband Jim have a son, John, and a daughter, Jillian.

Carrie Sells-Hood (Senior Teacher)

Baltimore County native, Carrie Sells, graduated magna cum laude from Goucher College in 2010 where she earned her B.A. in Dance. A big believer in the benefits of dance education for both children and adults alike, Carrie has devoted most of her time and energy to teaching since graduating. In addition to working for MgM Dance Studio, she has spent many years as a Ballet and Modern dance instructor and choreographer for several dance schools across the Baltimore area. She is also the director of the Ballet School of Cockeysville, a non-profit, community based dance program in Cockeysville, MD. Along with teaching, Carrie is an active dancer, performing most recently with the Golden Dance Experiment, a contemporary dance company based in Baltimore, MD, and ACW Dances, an emerging modern dance company based in Arlington, VA.

Denise Ingoe (Senior Teacher)
Tumbling Teacher
Ms Ingoe has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. She studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Tumbling for 15 years at the Margaret Stucky School of Dance in Camp Hill, PA. Ms Ingoe was a student aid and dance instructor at the dance school for three years. Ms Ingoe was a competitive gymnast for four years and completed the USA gymnastics safety certificate for coaches. She coached a high school gymnastic team for three seasons and was a gymnastics supervisor/instructor for the West Virginia University Lifetime Activities program for four years. Ms Ingoe works for a local company and resides in Stewartstown, PA with her husband and three children.

Kari-Lee Bowers (Senior Teacher)
Dance Teacher
Kari-Lee has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Towson State University. She started dancing when she was 5 years old in Connecticut and then continued dancing at Victoria J. Irey’s dance studio in Downingtown, PA. She was also a competitive gymnast for 5 years. Kari-Lee has been coming to MgM for 12 years as a dance mom and 7 years as a dancer with the adult group Starlites. For the past 4 years, she has been the Jazz and Tap teacher for Moonbeams and Solarwaves as well as a solo and duo choreographer for competition and recreational students. She lives in Stewartstown with her husband, Bobby, and her not so tiny dancers Ashlee, who was a part of the group Starbrites, and Sydnee who is a part of the competition group Dazzling Stars.

Dance Teacher
Emily is very excited and eager to be apart of the MgM teaching team! Emily has over 14 years of dance training including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Modern, Musical Theater, and Hip-Hop. She primarily studied at Greater Dover Dance Academy, but has varying dance education from other local dance studios. She has taught ballet for ages 3 to 5 previously. She has also taken various master classes including flamenco, and character dance.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and offers an eclectic background including styling wedding based high fashion photo shoots, and assisting with local TV production for over 2 years. She currently works as a full time Event & Wedding Coordinator for a local venue.
She offers over 6 years of theater background including local shows, and choreography for various musical theater performances/show choir skits. Dance and theater will forever be her deepest and truest passions in life. There is no better feeling than dancing away your cares!
She is passionate about encouraging, and helping others which is why she thoroughly enjoys teaching dance. For her, dance allows her students to showcase their personality. Her goal is to encourage students to reach their highest potential. In her spare time, she loves spending moments with her dog, Caddy. Reading and drinking coffee are some of her favorite past times as well.

Grace Wolfe (Junior Teacher)

Grace Wolfe is a freshman at Red Lion Christian School. She has been dancing since the age of 2. She is a part of the Competition group Dazzling Stars. Grace has done Ballet productions with Charm City Ballet in Cockeysville, MD for the last three years. She hopes to become a school and dancer teacher when she graduates from school.

Courtney Sheckells (Senior Teacher)
Dance Teacher
Courtney Sheckells is a recent graduate of Stevenson University with a degree in Elementary Education. She is super excited to be back teaching with MGM after dancing here for 14 years as a child! She was a part of various competition teams during her time at MGM including Solar Waves, Blazing Stars, and Starstruck! In college, she was a part of the dance line in the Stevenson Marching Band where she did mainly jazz and pom. She was also a part of the competitive dance team at Stevenson where she competed yearly in Daytona Beach. Her team was 2nd place in Division 3 Hip Hop during her junior year! While on this team, she learned a lot about Hip Hop and her love for the style grew as well! She is very excited to continue dancing after college by teaching Hip Hop at MGM. She currently lives in Loganville with her parents, her two dogs Cooper and Caylie, and her cockatiel Cosmo. She is also teaching 4th grade at Sparks Elementary!

Kelly Billet
Senior Teacher
Kelly began dance lessons at the age of 3, and continued through graduating high school in 2001. She met Mary Mock and joined MgM at the age of 12 when the studio opened in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. By 14 she became part of the competition group, the original Star Struck. She became an assistant teacher for Mary and eventually began teaching classes of her own. Kelly’s dance training includes ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern/contemporary, tumbling, hip hop, belly dancing and strength training, although her teaching focus throughout the years has been in ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. Dancing and teaching children are Kelly’s two biggest passions in life. She loves watching her students grow in skill and confidence, and believes there are so many important life lessons learned through performing and being part of a team. Kelly is a full-time paralegal for a small law firm in York City, and enjoys spending time outdoors and having dance parties with her children in her free time.
